Southern rural blacks tend to be based. Ghetto blacks are niggers. It's their version of trailer trash. Every race has this type of person. Here in Brazil we have favelados, they come in all colors but they are mostly brown or black. Glorify criminality, love loud music, and think that living in the favela is cool and that the favela should be celebrated, the government of course loves it. It's so sad.

Small town black people are always way better than inner city blacks. Where i grew up, most of the black people were normal and came from somewhat well off, middle class families.

Kind of, but not really. Being broke and having the mentality of this group is different. You know the saying, "can't teach an old dog new tricks." People have a similar issue. You can take the girl out of the trailer park, but you can't take the trailer park out of her. When you grow up in that enviroment, you aren't socialized in a meaningful way, and you start to imitate your environment. It takes a unique person to overcome that. It isn't just money, it's poor values, a subculture that rewards those values, and a lack of money.

They are cool. You tend to see them in the south more often in my experience, but I haven't been out of the south for a while now. They have an existing culture in the south. So they get pulled into ghetto culture less often as a result. Their culture is similar to Southern culture. It's their own thing, but it has the same values.

There are good people who became poor due to unfortunate life circumstances and there are bad people whose poverty comes from them being bad people. It's extremely hard to differentiate between the two on a policy level so the later usually piggyback on the compassion people feel for the former

It's a taboo to say it but yes, a lot of poor people are poor because they're shit humans - they lack compassion, work ethics, humbleness, willingness to learn and listen to those more experienced, emotional control, willpower etc.

100% agree. It's basically impossible to deal with at the policy level for exactly the reason you mentioned. Bad people parasitize compassion, period. It's a universal human issue. They will use your compassion to their advantage, and empathetic people are completely blind to this reality because they can't distinguish between the two groups. I am replying to you again. Sorry, but your mentality enrages me. How, exactly, did you get the blacks to think of you as one of their own? Did you act dumber than you were? Did you talk down to them? Did you put on a fake black accent, purposely using poor grammar and syntax, using dumb sounding ebonics slang?
