man wants to inject bleach to cancerous tumours, this wont help against leukemia but would help against tumours close to skin and which are found on limbs
while bleach means practically a wide range of chemical products, he is referring to original meaning of bleach which is sodiumhypochlorite
https://www.wired.com/story/dangerous-bleach-injecting-cancer-treatment/
He uses injections containing 20,000 parts per million of bleach, significantly higher than the 3,000 ppm concentrations typically found in oral bleach solutions peddled by pseudoscience promoters.
One patient told WIRED her tumor grew faster after these injections and suspects the treatment caused her cancer to spread. It was supposed to help her.
The "doctor" has been trying to get his "treatment" into use by medical industry with no luck.
He injected a woman in China to avoid American medical lawyers. The woman was participating voluntary and "it was free treatment" because the man needed to see it works.
