I just frew up. But it wasn't very much and it was just water and oatmeal. It was maybe two shot glasses of water and a swallow of oatmeal. And I'd already had about 5 swallows but super slow. And about 2 glasses of water. So its like I feel suspiciously better. Because I didnt throw up that much and what I had been eating and drinking was super benign. But I gagged my brains out. Like it was fairly violent. But it didnt seem like I was particularly burping at the same time or anything. So its like I can't have started feeling better because of what came out if me. Does some other benefit happen when we vomit? Does our body release something thats not expelled? Like a chemical or hormone that makes us feel better?

I just came back from a root canal. It was about 3-4 hours ago. My blood pressure was so high the dentist was actually mad at me. He described my reading as bonkers. But I knew it would be so I brought my little hotshit clearance form. And he was not pleased. Also I took the bus home and its super hot out etc so I think thats what did it. Like it was a delayed effect of the local anesthetic. I was in the hospital a year ago. I took myself as I had been planning to a big hotshit hospital and you know what they did? They called me a fucking ambulance. I was forced to stay at some specialty hospital ward for just a few hours shy of an entire week.
