The only difference i would make is replacing back bacon (we call that slices of ham in usa) with american bacon.

You cant cook tomatoes. Its not possible. You cant just cook anything you want particularly fruits and vegetables. No chemical change is happening. Take potatoes for example. An actual literal chemical change is happening when you bake it.
