I feel so old.
No matter how much I work, I cannot afford a house.
Everything I found enjoyment in has gotten worse.
I go to work, come home to my shitty apartment, and maybe try to find joy in the hobbies I've lost interest in over the years only to do it all again and again.

Sorry for the venting and doomer shit, but it's a depressing world especially since COVID.

The world is just going through en-shit-tification. Greed is taking over everywhere, the US' debt is catching up.
A series of many unfortunate events are happening all at once, over the span of decades, to lead up to this point.

Prices have been increasing steadily over decades, and even in the 1990's it was still low enough that it was dismiss-able. But now we are getting to the point where even the working class is starting to fear how high it's getting.
