Such examples are telling a young undertaker he injured him with a tombstone but the video showed his head never made contact, ratting out Jesse Ventura for wanting to unionise, bring ultimate warrior to wcw just to get his win back, crying about people cheering sid and booing him at a royal rumble so much that they edited out the boos, signing onto WCW with 100% creative control and using it to absolutely kill the Sting push (the match where he beat sting was supposed to be by an unfair fast 3 count but he secretly organised it to be a normal 3 count to make him look better), sabotaging HBK vs Hulk run because HBK was doing too good of a job playing heel and making fun of him. The list is endless really.

Basically he refused to put anyone over 99% of the time and would whine abd cry about any tiny thing that he could to Vince who would agree to everything he'd say because of how Hogan was huge in the 80's/90's and helped bust the union before it ever took off. Back in the day he only worked major PPV's and very rarely appeared outside of promos, he carried that on to WCW even when stars like Steve Austin were working every night over on WWE. I think there's a good chance that he was a big part of the reason that WCW lost the Monday Night Wars. He had a lot of control over the product and the people making the decisions.
