A ludicrous summary. Japan's rapid industrialization was proof of their high IQ, copying Europe isn't something that can just be done it requires an intelligent and civilized people to accomplish such an endeavor. That's why Africa and India still can't get it right over a century later.

Also I don't know of any monkeys that can build aircraft carriers.


Japan's real problem was that the US had such a head start, such a massive advantage in resources and population, and such a high IQ population in 1941 any war would be almost impossible for them to win.
