It does noy work this way, today was when the law came into effect but only sites who comply will block users. If 4chan does not comply, they will start legal action to block access to the websites. They do this by forcing all uk isp companies to block the site.

It will take weeks or months for it to be blocked, if they decide to block it. If this happens, using a vpn will become an offense too.
