For real though, how are Normies NOT racist?

How do they see all this crime and EVERY black guy not sticking around when he gets a girl pregnant, so many single moms miserable with their mixed kids and still get pissy when you say "Man, I wouldn't want my daughter dating a black guy"

They go to the hospital and deal with nothing but indian doctors with yellow teeth who can barely speak english. Hell, I work in the trucking industry and I used to not have a problem with jeets, but since I started this job I have to deal with them ALL THE TIME and they are even more shifty and cheap and double dealing than fucking /them/

Muslims literally KILL every cause they're behind, gays, trans, women, ect, 10X worst than christians but they vote for open borders

HOW HOW is the conditioning this deep in them? I don't understand how a rational personal can look at this world and NOT realize, "man, if white people got just one country where we could be left alone it would be a utopia..."

Normies ARE racist. They just conceal it better than you do.
My mom once got into an argument with a nigger and the nigger looked at another nigger and told them that "blacks have to stick together", so they both harassed my mom pretty much and both my dad and I had to step in to calm things down. Cops were called that day. It was pretty dumb but also a bit redpilling.
The racism that normie whites often imploy is the soft bigotry of low expectations and I've seen it when I'm around non-whites. They don't care about them and everything they say to them is just lip service.

Look at the state of the internet nowadays. Most of the internet are repeating racist memes. The only thing stopping the internet from being racist 5 years ago was censorship and now some of that censorship has been relaxed. Race relations were better 20 years ago in the 2000s. Everyone has gotten more racist since then.

They are, but the left has created an environment whereby people hide it. Harvard did research on the effectiveness of ethical training in the workplace. It's not effective, because thats not how it works. Ethical people make unethical decisions, regardless of what they've been lectured on. The only purpose it servers is dialogue about the subject.
