The problem in SA is that the majority of white people are waiting for the black state to collapse before actually doing anything. The cities are another story, crime is everywhere and largely goes unpunished, roads and public infrastructure decays year on year with all the money to maintain them getting siphoned via tenders and other means of corruption. The whites in the cities are all bleeding heart liberals with a strong sense of white guilt, so they are happy to suffer under the black opression 1.) because they feel like they are doing a moral good and 2.) because they fear being labeled as racists for the mere suggestion that SA was better under white rule and that the blacks are the cause of the poor quality of life and negatuve GDP growth we suffer from now.
