Yes, if you sent Tea App your face and drivers license, they doxxed you publicly! No authentication, no nothing. It's a public bucket. I have written a Python script which scrapes the bucket and downloads all the images, page by page, so you can see if you're in it: https://pastebin.com/CPBiqd1E

It appears to be a bunch of API keys. They're keys the app uses to identify itself to a bunch of services. For example, the "revenueCatAppleKey" is probably a key used to verify the app's identity with something called RevenueCat, which manages in-app purchases and billing.
Keys like this are supposed to be secret, because a malicious program could re-use them and essentially spoof the app's identity. If a program contacts one of these APIs and claims it's Tea but can't supply one of those keys it gets rejected. But if it says it's Tea and supplies the right API keys... it can get anything back in return. That could mean anything from data breaches to abusing Tea's API access and running up their bill. Or querying giphy's API 400 trillion times per second to get them banned, etc.
