So we have like 20% of every team made up of people just sitting there to occupy space. Nobody really tasks them with much. They don't really do much. They're just... here.
BUT... they also put them in the 'organization' teams (project managers, product managers) where they, for some reason, think they're bosses, lol.
They need to stop calling those jobs 'managers' because they think they're actual managers despite having nobody reporting to them. So they show up and start demanding reports or follow-up actions from people.
If something goes wrong, their only apparent reason for existing is just to say
>"can you compile an after-action report on what went wrong?" and then they just 'manage' those tasks, asking people for documents, etc. Then nothing happens with those docs. They just go into an email, and then nothing else happens. They just create busy work for administrative purposes.
I can only see these policies as impending doom for a company. They create a burden. Time, resources, energy, all redirected to wasteful things. And simultaneously, they take up a spot of the people might normally DO that work. So they create work, then deprive you of the necessary hands required to DO the work.
And at the core, it's dumb fuck white women and jews, and homosexuals in the HR departments enforcing this suicidal behavior.
We will absolutely die on the global stage because of this. China and India don't do this.
