Stars and stripes reporting it will take 8 years to rebuild THAAD interceptor stocks and US AD only had a 35% interception rate. Those both should be hair-on-fire panic inducers but insteaf we have US destroyers trying provoke a war in Iranian waters

...and a quorum of electricians & welders needed to build new factories will be timed out in next 8-10 yrs (retired/dead.)

Stars and Stripes (dated around July 2025) mentions that the U.S., alongside Israel's Arrow-2 and Arrow-3 systems, successfully intercepted 201 out of 574 Iranian missiles during the June 2025 conflict, which equates to approximately a 35% interception rate for the combined defense effort.

US's industrial woes aren't just confined to the civilian sector.

The same "free trade" policies that hollowed out the heartland and the US's quixotic nation-building ventures have brought the MIC to a breaking point.

Your asian verbal IQ makes you bad at reading, and also bad at math strangely. It clearly says:
>The U.S. fired 92 THAAD interceptors during the conflict
>Of the roughly 258 attempts to intercept Iranโ€™s missiles, only about 10% failed
>A majority of Iranโ€™s 316 fired missiles were allowed to strike unpopulated areas

OK but the whole argument doesn't hinge on the interception rate. It hinges on the ability to replenish the stockpile. Printing another 30 trillion cannot print missiles

You are nitpicking red herrings instead of addressing the main argument

If combined with an impending devaluation of USD/UST wrt gold then yes tariffs can work. But as it stands now without devaluation it will just lead to printing and importing military necessities of USA from China

Why make it obvious to your internal infighters what exactly that limit is? Why not just derive it from incomplete unrelated wars and build up strength?

>Adding to Pentagon concerns, Iranโ€™s hit rate appeared to increase during periods when THAADs were the primary means of deterrence, the report said, suggesting potential system limitations during sustained attacks.
>Video of the interceptions analyzed by JINSA suggests that during periods in which THAADs represented more than 60% of interceptors used, Iran increased its hit rate by 1% to 4%.
I think if your argument is that the intercept rate of THAADs was perfectly good, the Pentagon doesn't agree.

>Allowed to strike unpopulated areas
Why would Iran be shooting at nothing? Ultimately statistics are only as good as the reports they're based on so if Israel/USA are just handwaving a significant portion as
>Well yes they got through but they just didn't hit anything important
they're probably covering something up.

I think there's a reason that Israel stopped wanting to go hot suddenly.

That's awesome. Provoke a war when our equipment cant even defend them. I dont see what the problem would be.
Sorry mr goldsteinberg, we did everything you asked, provoked a war and even sold our manufacturing the china for your market manipulator friends. Guess you get a lot of missiles up your ass. Shit happens.

Not rare earth minerals though, something essential in a lot of strategic and battlefield equipment including missiles and aircraft.

The reason all small nations are now bold to start wars is because everyone knows USA cannot print weapons like they print USD.
