Honestly one of the most relaxing times of my life was the military because you actually do not have to think about anything.
Its actually man's superior state to delegate domestic concerns like "what am I going to eat today" to others, so he can focus on more important things, like thinking about the byzantine empire.
In the past we of course had divine feminine submissive slavishly dedicated demure small wristed wives for such a task, but modern problems require modern solutions.
Honestly I think there is an untapped market segment for no bullshit economic cafeterias targeted at single working men that can leverage economies of scale to provide really good meals at near restaurant quality for like 6 dollars a man.

i can prep meals for a week on a sunday night listening to some bullshit podcast. then it takes 15 minutes to cook. crock pot is also a meal hack. easily two weeks of food because you can't eat it every day. 2-3 nights max and then you're sick of eating the same thing. pop the rest in the fridge and then you're ready to eat it again after a few days.
