>>511343917You're right but I'm gonna add something to it.
How many fat people get sunlight every day?
15 minutes of it is all you need for your mitochondria to function properly.
An hour of it and you might just start feeling good about yourself, and you move around more.
It's rather inevitable that you'll move more, because what the fuck do you do when you're outside? Sit too long and people look at you funny, so you are likely to walk more.
But it gets better, way the fuck better.
The mitochondria are responsible chiefly above all else for your metabolism.
How many fat people don't go outside but do complain about metabolic problems? There's a clue.
>but wouldn't that mean we have to see more fat people in shorts and crop tops, even men?No. It's the infrared that achieves this effect, not UV, and infrared of the appropriate wavelength for this effect on mitochondria will penetrate down to 6cm, which in American terms equate to about half a soft cock or 1/4ths of a hotdog.
It's deep enough to reach behind your muscles and into your soft tissue and organs, if you're skinny enough.
And because it's infrared, it goes through most clothing, even denim. But with more layers comes a reduction of intensity, so you'd need to be outside longer.
I also suspect that you'd need to be outside much longer if you're so fat.
Pic related, emphasis on red outline.
All those fat people with low test?
All the others with low test?
People who go outside a lot also have higher test even if they don't play sports?
Most people, honest to God, would be much better off if they simply didn't work for a living and spent all day outside, or found a way to do office work outside like many women tend to do at coffee parlours.
