This map is terrible. Check the latest. Russians are in city center via still fully unconfirmed images but it does seem to match the geolocations of some infantry at least in central buildings. No one wants to really say it just yet.
Indirect confirmations from pro Ukie sources that a full retreat has been ordered being called "tactical fighting withdrawal towards Hryshyne and northern Pokrovsk city".

Massive fuck up by Ukraine opened the entire city sector in the southwest which let in Russian forces to take 25% of the city instantly and expand from there. Myrnograd to the east is also falling at the same time with geolocated footage of Russians in the south and southeast of the city pushing north. Kupyansk city in Kharkov oblast also reporting a breach and Russian troops have entered the first streets in the north of the city for the first time since they left it in September 2022 not only that the Russians have entered the large forest around the key train hub town of Lyman for the first time since September 2022 aswell.

The cities of Dobropolia, Slavyansk and Kramatorsk have been ordered for a total evacuation as have all neighbouring towns and villages in each city sector with immediate effect due to rapidly deteriorating battle conditions.

I know you're being sarcastic, but takes these strategically important locations so slowly that ukraine has enough time to set up ersatz logistics networks that good enough for military use. Taking out rail hubs and stuff really only stops ukraine from moving quickly on the offensive, which isn't happening anyway.
