World.

But nothing on two legs that breathes air will be in charge of anything for obvious reasons. It runs like an open air minimum security prison, brave new world sort of like Huxleys vision.

Basically "localized lock downs" since everyone got a test run of the social requirement with the CERB (UBI pilot) during covid along with the lack of international travel. So if you got anywhere you'd like to be, or need to be, best get where you intend to plant your ass without owning anything and start the process early for signing up for government gibs because when the rush happens. It'll be a bit of time before you're in the system since the welfare/disability/retirement provisioning is 60 business silos and no one coordinating between them. Basically it's a cluster fuck mess that won't be getting fixed in a month since it took 35 years to cripple it. Ironically the ones that broke it will also be dependent on it since they won't be need for production or services once 5% of a.i. is implemented within 24 days.

BTW, democracy in term of elected leaders won't exist in three years. Plan on it. We're already at 99% mechanization, 96% automation and 4% a.i. in administrative systems. This really only ends up where it's designed to go, and where it's not supposed to go. So be advised, it's already in migration right now no matter how many people think they're running things.

Machines replaced all those jobs. A man with a skid steer, tools and a miniex can build a house in 3-5 months.

An a.i. with a house building drone does the same thing in 4 days with 20% less materials and zero theft.

It's going where it's going because we invent machines to make life easier. Only think silver gets used for in that situation is pretty things for ladies and electronics. Even then carbon nano Fibre, plain old coal, does a better job at 1/20 the cost.

Welcome to the future caveman.

The shiny rocks aren't even required, we literally make all this technology from garbage since those were the scraps leftover.
