Here are some options to try and divorce yourself.
- Reading. This is not only a great way to entertain yourself, but it's a great way to disconnect entirely. Go out and visit a book store. There's enough interesting stuff to read for a lifetime.
- Paint minis. 40k stuff. Whatever the fuck. It's a whole huge hobby with a lot of resources out there. Also allows you to formally disconnect. Great time sink.
- Factorio. Just fuckin' play it. If it clicks with you - thousands (no exaggeration) of hours of your time. More than enough to get lost in.
