Hit the gym first time today as a lanklet. Starting off slow to get my muscles up to speed then will hit 3000cal/day peanut butter bread and put some muscle on. If i can find some roids id probably take em for a bit then stop once I feel I have gained enough muscle. prob will have to work twice as hard after stopping roids but I want quick gains.
