The dark toast marks and large diameter give it away as roti. Tortillas have toast marks too, but they're not that dark, and the tortilla is usually a little smaller. I'm talking about store bought of course. Home/restaurant tortillas and roti look very different. But the ones you buy in a bag at the store look pretty similar. In fact I reverse image searched this pic and it's labelled tortilla everywhere else. So your suspicion that it's actually roti is correct.
