The big difference between perceived gangstalking and being under surveillance for extremism is the knowing part. Once the acting agency decides they need more potential outcomes, they can choose to begin using tactics that reveal their prison. The very idea of exposing a long-running surveillance scheme to its victims, through plausible deniablity methods, its rather indistinguishable from what is commonly referred to as gangstalking.

The economics aren't that bad either, tech surveillance is cheap and can be near automated, manipulation based on hijacking sites and feeds can help certain outcomes. And you only need one or two physical stalkers revealed once or twice to achieve the desired effect.

Any and all intelligence gathering has obviously occurred long ago, its more about bad ideas and perceived intent that somehow renders people unwanteds to the degree where subtle and not subtle provocations are made to influence the target.

First encounter. I was given books and a rabbit hole to chase. I spent 8 months locked up.

Second encounter, a couple of years ago, they revealed the larger machinery in place, which included a few stalkers. Was quite fun until i realised this wasn't just going to end anytime soon.

Yes, was never in gate although siblings were. I figure it's due to bring a drunken racist dickhead at times, like josh brolin in the remake of Old Boy. I think it's partly demons for certain TIs, and once the synagogue of Satan sicks them on a TI, they can never really be called off.
