Almost all Europeans are pure in their heritage. The idea that everyone is mixed was peddled by communists and miscegenators and there’s no basis to it. Populations largely didn’t mix as most people never travelled beyond a few hundred miles a most in their lifetimes and neither they nor foreigners readily married or consorted with each other.
Europeans are a global minority though at around 7%.
