In PA where I live, marijuana is only legal for medicinal use. But I can drive 20 minutes south into MD and buy it legally for "recreational use".
This is bound to lead to legal issues for people because it's against the law to posses it in PA without a license, and it's also against the law to transport it across state lines.
So I'm trying to stay ahead of the game in anticipation of getting pulled over one of these days driving back into PA with the stuff.
Do I have a valid legal case, considering MD's relaxed laws on the sale of the Devil's lettuce to people like me coming in from another state?
