Pretty much every intelligence-focused job sector is in a melt-down right now.

IT, CS, most engineering fields, actuarial, finance.

The extent of the implosion is being covered up and they are using RTO crap to attempt to shed workers vs doing direct layoffs.

Trumps economy isnt any better than Bidens, its walking down the same path.

I think the economy is worse under Trump than it was under Biden.

Foreign actors are targeting US tech jobs using fake résumés, stolen identities, and AI-generated interview videos. North Korean units reportedly infiltrated 300+ companies and funneled millions back. In July 2025, DOJ sentenced a US facilitator who helped them operate a massive remote work scheme. FBI and CISA warned in 2024 that these operations rely on stolen résumés and US-based enablers. Microsoft confirmed in June 2025 that AI tools are now used to bypass hiring screens.

Recruiters on LinkedIn are reporting floods of copy-paste Ivy League résumés. New posts appear daily. Real candidates are getting filtered out. Hiring managers are overwhelmed. Morale is collapsing. Projects are stalling. American professionals can't even get first-round interviews.

Even big firms can't verify applicants at scale. This is no longer just a corporate risk but a national security one. Agencies must respond. Meet with tech leaders. Investigate. Consider coordinated federal and military action if needed. A visible response is the only way to restore trust and stop the damage.

Speak publicly. The public is already spiraling into fear, confusion, and distrust. Silence only breeds conspiracy and deepens the sense of collapse.

H1B abuse is quietly gutting the American workforce. Foreign nationals are entering the U.S. on tech visas using fake résumés, lowball wage tiers, and fake job offers from shell companies. They’re not just working below market rate—they're rigging the entire system. Companies file dozens of fake petitions per person to game the lottery. Many workers are “benched” without pay between gigs, which is illegal but common. Spouses get work permits too, doubling the income while Americans sit unemployed. They list fake job titles on LinkedIn, lie about work locations, and cycle through jobs for over a decade without ever going through real immigration.

It gets worse. Political posts, protest activity, and foreign influence ops are common despite clear visa restrictions. Many brag online about how "lazy Americans" deserve to be replaced. Behind the scenes, foreign governments are coordinating with “consulting firms” to push more workers in. Fake degrees, fake reference letters, fake client letters—it's all routine. Some use business or student visas to do full-time work illegally. Others steal data, misuse SSNs, evade taxes, claim benefits, and send crypto offshore.

This is not a criminal matter—it’s civil immigration law. The bar for deportation is lower than for criminal charges. These people don't need to commit crimes to be removable. Americans need to understand the scale of this fraud and start reporting it. This isn’t about race—it’s about survival. The system is broken, and it’s being exploited daily while our own citizens can’t get interviews. Start watching LinkedIn, job boards, and consulting firms. Look for the red flags. Speak up. Document everything. Let’s take our economy back.

Anyone talking about how lazy Americans are is attempting to cover it up.

That seems to me more like an excuse to justify mass immigration than to conceal a decline in employment
