But the only way to essentially clear the air for Trump is to release something or get Maxwell to sing. Don't forget, we have large parts of the original files already. The first pizzagate dump, before the glowies took over, was nothing else. That's why they arrested Epstein in the first place - his name and videos were in there, as well as some more important people.
If they release a censored version of those files, we'll know they tampered with them. If they release something completely different, we'll know. The only things they can do are to either
a. release exactly what was public already - hard to do when it was spread across dozens of places on the net
or
b. release more.

in other words, at this point, all they can do without being called out is pulling more people down with them, by adding names we don't yet know. The only way they can still salvage this, is to add the names of uninvolved people opposing them, and hope that they'll damage the opposition enough that they'll have time to recover. Anything else will lead to failure.
