If Epstein and Maxwell were mossad, or any intel agents then for that matter then why do you believe the underaged girl trafficking has stopped? It would be pretty stupid to have the entire operation rest on a couple of agents.

There's no reason there can't be hundreds of 'Epstein's' out there. I don't believe for a minute that him and Maxwell were unique, or solo operators.

The Epstein branch of the child trafficking organization has been cancelled, but he probably has a few replacements although probably less prolific than he was.

I don't think it has stopped for a second but this is why the Epstein thing seems like a lot of eggs in one basket. Maxwell is also the bigger criminal of the two given her family and the fact she was coercing the girls into the scheme in the first place (they needed a woman to gain the trust of these girls).

By putting so much into Epstein/Maxwell it makes it more conspicuous too.
