the reason that book is only available in Ukrainian is because it's just a shameless propaganda piece that's meant to revision history. It's extremely easy to spot most of the times, because they hyperfocus on Moscow and completely ignore that Moscow is just the successor to Vladimir, Suzdal and Rostov, which have been part of the Rus for longer than Kiev. They just bet on you not knowing and not caring enough about their history to try and feed you utter nonsense
