I'm also about to start a new white collar office job at a well respected local company. It's a temp-to-hire position.

Are these priorities in the right order?

1. Never cause a woman the slightest feeling of discomfort
2. Be a drama-free, non-creepy, non-annoying team member and meeting participant

Then you can say shit like "the game last night was great" and then smile and nod when other normies jump in and start going into detail about it. People will try and suck you into their drama, and get you to take sides in their drama. You can't please everybody, but what you can do is smile and nod and say "yup" until they shut up and go away. You will have to do this to everybody around you, because nobody in that environment is allowed to keep to themselves and just do their goddamn jobs.
