Why do some women dress like prostitutes then complain when they get told

Because the genes which motivate their making behaviors have never had to deal with 4 decades of failure. There's never been a situation like ours where women can go balls to the wall mega sluts and not get pregnant. A late age "plan b" has never had to evolve.
