If there is actual proof of crimes, like transactions for example that were being used for sex, then that's another story. But if it is just a list of people then that's really no different to the Maxwell trial list where we got flight logs and other contact details. Again, that isn't proof of a crime but it's pretty obvious that he was up to no good, and that's a much more obvious example than just 'this guy was on Epstein's phone'.
