Literally nothing will change. The Evangelical boomers were only important for the formation of an Israeli state because of muh God and Jesus and all that shit. Nowadays that isn't the prevailing reason why Israel receives so much funding and hasn't been for decades. Israel just buys American politicians through "donations" and will continue to do so for the foreseeable long term future. It's easier for Israel to do this than other countries because they can always wheel out the antisemitism defense and try to ruin your life in you don't go along with what they want.

It's not to get the evangelical vote, it's to keep the steady flow of Israeli money into their party's pockets and their own pockets. I can't stress enough how bought our government is by Israel. They donate hundreds of millions (and that's just public, legal donations) to both parties every election cycle.
There's definitely an evangelical factor to it, but I wouldn't even put it in the top 5 reasons why our politicians act the way they do about Israel. Wanting to avoid being labeled an antisemite by the American media (who are also bought and controlled by Israel) is another big reason. That can do enough damage to cost you elections, the average person won't want to be caught voting for someone who the public considers evil.

Well for one thing, a lot of oil producing nations already have a large vested interest in US politics. This is why we're on relatively good terms with Saudi Arabia despite them sponsoring the largest terrorist attack in American history as well as most of the extremist organizations the American military fights (including those attacking Israel).
But the main difference is that Israel isn't trying to sell anything, it's just asking for handouts. Israel gets 50 billion, the US gets nothing. Oil states like Quatar just want to sell their oil to us, there's an actual exchange happening.
