From what my uncle said, most unions at big companies (eg. Ford, GM) are the biggest controlled opposition ever. They more or less will not help you whatsoever and always take the side of the company when it comes to disputes. Generally if a company knows that they can't stop a union, they'll infiltrate and basically control it from the inside.

Unions and companies work so closely together they might aswell be called the same entity.

In Ontario at least, there's a building where teachers don't teach. They were teaching a subject or grade in some school, but got pushed out for gross incompetence or just plain old sexual stuff with kids. They can't be fired because of union interference. They just sit at a desk all day with nothing to do, and get paid the same as any other teacher with their seniority.

I got a 34 cent raise last year for a company that makes 2 million a month off my branch. In the current cost of living, that's a pay cut.

Unions used to be based and served to fight corporations to not allow them to fuck workers, but then the jews took over the unions and as you know corpos are just jew institutions so they are controlled ops now.
Unions used to be anti immigration, pro workers rights and patriotic, then they got infiltrated by kikes.
The fact that unions did nothing but watched as the US got de industrialized should tell you something.
