True Reparations would be give you a few southern states which blacks already heavily occupy and make it a place only black Americans can go, like a reservation. They don't have to go there, they aren't forced, it's just a land mass you can feel proud of. The government should help you build it up. And then you black Americans will have a land of your very own. One you are free to leave, but nobody else can come in. Like Louisiana or Alabama or both. Whatever.
The end to segregation ruined black pride more than slavery ever did. Blacks used to have their own stores, schools, churches, community that was very non white.
Blacks have rebelled since the end of that because they have nothing to be proud of.
My version of reparations would be to restore pride in black people, and a place they can go where there's only blacks. Black communities shops, malls, laws, roads.
