Of course. Eventually. The time frame to collapse is defined by a few factors.
First, the extent and level of infrastructure and institutions built by the whites. Whites build things so damned well and create institutions so robust that even rampant incompetence, corruption and nepotism takes a while to fully erode them. Its a bit like a piece of farm machinery. Even without proper maintenance and lots of abuse a John Deere tractor will continue chugging along for a long while. Until it doesn't.
Second, depends upon vested interests in the country. Overseas interests will prop up the most vital services when it comes to protecting resources they are extracting ( this includes bribes in the right places ). This can extend to maintaining services elsewhere if they think keeping the locals happy is worth the cost as compared to suppressing unrest with private security.South Africa's mineral wealth would justify that type of intervention. However there is also a big draw back since other foreign countries will inevitably want to take control of those resources and so will actively undermine conditions in order to ride in as the saviors when a collapse occurs. Think China in this case.
Third, the extent of remaining white input into the country. This is highly fragile of course. But despite being a small percentage whites can make a dramatic in terms of asset maintenance, efficiency, and rational allocation of economic stability. My guess is there are still a significant number of insanely wealthy elite whites pulling a lot of strings behind the scenes, using their local knowledge to maintain and insure their positions ( a fuck load of bribery in other words ). They dont give a fuck about their fellow lower class whites of course, other than what it takes to maintain the status quo, but that's normal across all white societies.

So given all of the above SA will collapse completely when all of the below have occurred.
1) The infrastructure reaches the degradation-maintenance tipping point.
2) The value of the natural resources falls below the cost of extraction and maintaining the required security and/or infrastructure.
3) When the white elites are either marginalized or leave the country ( probably as a result of the resources running out or becoming unprofitable )
That's when the SHTF, followed by mass white exodus. which in turn accelerates the ongoing collapse.
In another scenario before total collapse happens the Chinese ( or some other powerful agent ) steps into a situation they have at least partially created and stabilizes the country. This however just puts off the inevitable since eventually the resources will run out or become significantly devalued by other events outside the country.
