Yeah, low level workers and peasants could be culled then, but you would still need highly trained professionals to maintain the AI. And you can't guarantee in advance that a kid will become qualified enough for that, so you would have to run a continuous culling program and discard the low ends. Kinda dystopian. But that has never stopped them from trying kek.
