If you are a TI, go to random shops. Like herbal tea shop, luxury very expensive restaurants for well-dressed customers, hippy vegan shop etc. Somewhere where a glownigger, military type of person would never go. They will be out of their comfort zone. Sometimes you can tell just from the way they stand. Military, ex-military individuals are so easy to spot. They stand in a typical way.

I come from a social sciences background with some knowledge of both biological and cultural anthropology. I use it to spot gangstalkers.

I had one stalker who claimed to have studied Engineering at Oxford. (It was an Oxford and Cambridge Alumni event.) We played darts. Said person was unable to do mental arithmetic, to add up 4 two digit numbers. Real Oxford engineers easily multiply three four digit numbers in 10 secs... he didn't talk about what real Oxford grads would talk about.

You apply critical reasoning. Maybe try and work out the actual dollar amount of what you claim the government is doing to you, labor, research, risk pay etc. Where is this money coming from? Is there a federal grant program that they're applying to?

Yes Ive been targeted. The result of my targeting is being blackballed from any kind of gainful employment. Which I dont mind, american society is a joke now, Im quite glad I am deemed 'not worthy'.

The way out is simple, dont live in the US/europe/anglosphere. Just about any other country provides a normal life as long as you have the money to live there.
