My personal opinion
This organ donation thing has gone too far
Maybe its time more people changed their mentality
And accepted death as inevitable at some point instead of clinging to life by all means

If there isnt already
Organ donors should be prioritized
Children and young uns who never got to see much of life should be prioritized
And maybe after a certain cutoff age people should be banned from being organ recopients

if you allow them to sell your organs the hospital will kill you the first time they have a buyer
