The job I am currently at involves a lot of tech. A lot of people have been there for ~10 years. Their jobs didn't originally involve much tech but now its all digital.
Most of their efficiency has dropped. Most of them accomplish in an entire shift what I can accomplish in 15 minutes.
If it wasn't for them being old timers who have been with the company for decades, they'd be working at WalMart or in the employment line.
If AI can be used (Or be the excuse) to get them out of the office and get some useful new hires, I am all for it.
