Right now, you go to college and you likely end up underemployed, in a job not related to your degree, or flat out unemployed. If you go work a job you can't even pay for your own space to live in let alone afford a life. Right now any avenue of effort offers no reward, so it's not wonder people simply opt out of the game.
It's not their problem it's society's problem. The government needs to regulate corporations and companies so that the needs of the workers are met before the greed of the company. There needs to be more widespread government assistance, both monetary and for resources like education and mental health. And we need to bring back manufacturing which thankfully there's some progress being made in that department.
It's a multifaceted issue, pointing the finger at men and yelling "YOU'RE LAZY!" Is going to drive them away without solving the problem. Your mentality, which is repeated on this board every day by your interest group the one that pays you to post here is speed running the death of America and the importation of a million indians to make up for the men you've demonized and alienated.
You need to stop this and start being constructive.
