Australia has been quietly keeping a lists of international students that have enrolled with falsified documents or cheated on exams (but not officially caught), and thus acquired their degrees by fraudulent means through deception. If they've used their degrees to gain work, that carries a minimum of 10 years in prison or deportation.
I suspect our glowies use it for leverage and all sorts of other shit.
