It's actually close to reality: not banned, but requested to be replaceable.
The message is clear: typically low-IQ pajeets with fake diplomas and GPT-generated CVs must be accommodated into a simplified environment according to their limited intelligence where they can effectively replace all Whites, just like gay languages like Python or Rust (or verbose, i.e. pajeet-like scammer languages like Java) will replace C and C++.

Except that's literally not possible? At some point your OS has to communicate with the hardware. There is no magic. It recieves bytes, frees bytes. They could have policy to only teach python in schools and enforce regulations on business to only use java and above, sure, but it's literally impossible to get rid of C/C++. Nor would thr gov really want it either. Just stop hiring jeets.

It is known that jeets write shit code and are subhuman, they will fuck up in every language. Yes, the risk of vulnerabilities are higher in C/C++ as they are lower level languages but they can still fuck it up in some higher level language. Also a lot of old C/C++ code was found to have vulnerabilities and that probably wasn’t written in a significant amount by jeetoids.
So saying this is just a massive conspiracy theory in order to make it easier for the jeets is like flat earther tier. Not saying the jeets are good at anything, but transitioning to memory safe languages is like improving safety procedures at a factory (so that the chance of something getting fucked up is lower for EVERY worker).
