I seriously don't understand this country. A state like Washington has lots of land for sale at affordable prices, (less than $20k/acre) but the housing prices for old homes are double that of Florida's new homes that have to be able to withstand hurricanes.

In 1970's marriage rate was over 80%, now it's in the 30's. It's almost like people learned that marriage is a bad deal for men. Women who benefit from marriage and divorce refuse to do anything so men have decided they are not worth marrying.
