There are some places in India with high GDP because there is a big factory there, but it's a polluted hell hole where the street is covered in garbage, because the population has an IQ of 70.

If you want a better metric of quality of life, there is something called the Human Development Index, which should better capture that.

It's not. This is basically where everywhere in japan looks like during the day.
Heavy drinking areas in osaka and shibuya can get a little dirty but they are cleaned up by 7am.
Why do you think our trains stop at midnight? To clean. We believe in staying clean, and try to be somewhat minimalist.
Also, we actually recycle. We burn most trash, and generate power from it cleanly. We use solar and hydroelectric, and more.

The main reason why it works is population density, however. There is a critical mass in each city that can support it.
Many historic castles and sites crumble because some wards and shrines don't have many visitors.

We do have less children. It is an issue but there was less people in showa era too, and things were fine. Most trains were built in the 80s, actually. Still work great.

it's a serious problem that no one has the balls to fix. most of those people on the sidewalk are going nowhere, no amount of help will ever fix them. the most humane situation is to take those who can't complete rehabilitation programs and put them in an institution however institutions are rife with abuse so now they get to get beaten by niggers all day. what is the solution then, killing them? people would have a problem with that too

If the premise is that this shitty view of LA is only cherrypicking, and that GDP remains untarnished; then most of LA should look pristine and functional like Japan and most of Japan should look like shitty LA - because LA has a higher GDP than Japan. The GDP enjoyers are claiming these videos are unfair biased selections that dont represent the whole reality. I'm asking for the videos that show most of LA being like Japan and most of Japan looking like LA.

Its literally just doing a big sum of the shekel shuffling going around. If you clean your own apartment/house, that's not goyDP. If you hire some cleaning lady it's goyDP.
Among rich countries (OECD) differences in goyDP are cultural differences about how much you do shekel shuffling vs informal transactions or DIY, or simply organizing things so that you don't need five layers of transactions for a simple operation.
