Besides you don't even absorb 20% of the fat used when cooking unless it gets 100% absorbed in whatever your cooking (i.e rice)
Instead of being on a diet you should change your diet to be what you want it to be.
If you are fat and want to lose weight then fasting is extremely fast (lol), effective and will fix whatever carbs sensitivities you might have had like acnee outbreaks, drowsiness and other shit. It doesn't even have to be very long as for example I fast only by skipping like 2-3 meals during the weekend to give my body a 40hrs break to fix itself.
I firmly believe that your core diet should be animal protein, dairy and vegetables to get the missing vitamins and fibers cooked in animal fat.
