Forgot to add, first tier, or inner society, can't be "married into" as easily as tier two. A person can only marry into first tier if they have 1/16th "nonwhite" admixture or less. This means that a pure asian can marry into tier two in one generation, but it would take ~5 generations for their offspring to marry into the first tier.

We might have some "buffer" zones that are more relaxed. Like a territory between tier 1 and 2 where you only need to be ~3/4ths white. An asian could see their grandchild move up to this strata. And their grandchild's grandchild could marry into the first tier for real.
