It's a comet that has been ejected from another system at speed. That speed is also not relativistic, it is just fast. The only reason you've heard of any of it is that it is moving faster than star trackers usually record. So normally when you see a comet move, it's just a series of dots over a period of time. This one was a streak in a single night. It's going fast, but not fast enough that it is impossible for a natural interaction to have occurred.

In fact, it's estimated that there are as many planets the size of Jupiter wandering untethered through dark space as there are stars.
