Anonymous complaints usually aren't very anonymous. They know who's calling to complain, or if it's a complaint dropped in the complaint box, then they have an idea who left it based on what is described (work area especially) and who, in that area, doesn't seem to be happy and getting along like everything is fine.
I submitted an "anonymous" complaint once at a warehouse job and was identified by name, during a meeting, as the complainant.
So I wouldn't put in any complaint either, no matter the stakes. If you lose your job and don't have family to turn to, you can end up on the street, which is a fate much worse than just dying.

My boss used to yell at me and try to provoke fights with me. It was a shitty landscaping job, and he was technically homeless. He got done serving a 20+ year sentence in prison for killing someone in a robbery gone bad back in the early 2000s (it may or may not have been a little girl too, the details on the report are not clear)
He has to stay in a church and sleeps on the floor. Is a total alcoholic, and will drink text/call me asking for forgiveness.
Anyways, he killed someone else recently (this time by accident though) so yeah

The lady in the article saying no everything is fine nothing to see here, well if it isn't she should be strapped to a rocket and flung into space never to return. Instead, she could have said experts are welcome to inspect and advise let us know if you see any improvements needed and advisement is welcome. But no, just obfuscation. The guy who owns the place has had numerous complaints about my former boss. He didn’t give a shit, because my former boss was cheaper than even an illegal Mexican. He was allowed to act like a massive piece of shit because he was in a sense, indispensable, due to how priceless cheap he was.
Seriously though, literally anyone can run a plant nursery business. I’ve worked for 3 of them, and all 3 of the owners were drooling morons
