Why is Poland treated like a second class country by the European Union and the West in general? How is this kind of racism and discrimination from one of the biggest allies even allowed?

Visa-free is usually based on trust. It's simply Australia saying that they trust German tourists to actually leave when their visa expires, or to go through the proper process to extend their stay, but they dont trust Polish tourists to leave when their visa expires.

States like Australia knows that any motherfucker want to stay in their country even if it means illegally because the aussies has built one of the worlds best welfare economies with the most highest living standards and best salaries. They know from experience which nationalities actually come for a vacation, and which nationalities will try to find every possible way to sneak into the country and remain there.

Actually you don't need a traditional visa to enter Australia for business and travel. Just like germans, greeks, french and spanish you can just apply for eVisitor (subclass 651) available to most EU countries including poland. You might be confusing it with the ETA system. A lot of scam websites charge a fee for the eVisitor as well making it seem complex and like you need a visa but you don't actually need one.
