Ridiculously long education, and in particular higher education for women. This is btw explicitly how organizations like Bill Gates foundation work to resuce birth rates in Africa.

Then we have the physical reasons like food that is poisoning us, medicine that screws up our reproduction (including birth control that can't be filtered in water processing plants so it goes straight into the water reserves).

And then we also have the economic situation where the governments are growing at the expense of the people under them, making living unaffordable and raising a family impossible economically.

In summary, we are all fucked and nothing will change.

The issue is that people nowadays prefer having two incomes to be able to afford a McMansion, an expensive car and lots of other useless shit instead of being more frugal and living off a single income. Being a stay-at-home mom is looked down upon by society (and be society I mean other women). We need a cultural shift first.
