So long as the blood is of the right type it's ok. Bone marrow itself though needs a very close match to not be rejected. It usually has to come from a close relative but in the case of mixed race children even either of their own parents are not a close enough match for it to work so they are basically fucked if they ever need such a transplant.

Receiving blood from other ethnicities raises the risk of clotting. Similarly, organ and bone marrow transplants will have a higher risk of rejection and other complications if the donor ethnicity doesn’t match the receiver. Mix-race people have the worst odds of finding a suitable donor because of how their genome is a mashup of ethnicities; even their parents and siblings are unlikely to provide suitable donor material. The “one race” meme has been BTFOed by science for so long and in so many ways that you have to simply ignore all certified data on the topic to continue believing that race is a social construct
